Excellent hotel in quiet downtown area. Easy walk to all attractions including LP field which was the reason for our visit; a Titan/Packer football game. Staff at Sheraton Nashville was excellent, great food, very clean. Would definitely stay again.
Thank you Sheraton Nashville

All Review Photos We Stayed at the

All Review Photos We Stayed at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown. The location couldn’t have been better… only 4 blocks from downtown. The room was a good size. We had a King sized bed with a nightstand on either side of the bed, a large entertainment center that included several good sized drawers, a desk, a sofa, a coffee table and an end table next to the sofa. We also had a full sized closet and an average sized bathroom. There was a supplied coffee maker that made one cup at a time (my only complaint.. ONE CUP, are you kidding, I could easily drink a pot of coffee myself in the morning). There was a small stain on the carpet, but otherwise, it was very clean. The Furnishings were a very attractive dark wood. My favorite part of the room was a lovely picture of a road with trees lined on either side of it... black & white; I smiled every time I looked at it. Our view from our room was over the business district… lots of skyscrapers. The lobby was beautifully decorated with the usual marble and high ceilings. It was set up like a courtyard, you could overlook the railing from any of the floors down onto it. The hotel had a great restaurant that we enjoyed breakfast in every morning, and a lounge/bar area that also was comfortable and attractive. One great amenity was the business center... I didn't have to pay a thing to access the internet and print out my boarding passes! We did, however, have to pay $20 a day for parking… this was unexpected as it was not mentioned anywhere on the website. They have a later check out than most hotels… at 12 pm. I feel that sometimes just that extra hour keeps the rush to get out at a minimum. They also had an indoor pool that we didn’t use. We did check it out though, and it looked clean and had plenty of area around it to sit. I did buy a few things from the gift shop which had a good variety of items: T-shirts, knick-knacks, post cards, magnets, sundries, refreshments & snacks.Tip: I am an SPG member and only paid $135 plus 8400 SPG points for 3 nights. If we had just paid cash, it would have been $690 plus tax. With only points it would have been 21,000 points.Sheraton Nashville Downtown623 Union St., Nashville, Tennessee 37219(615) 259-2000https://www.starwoodhotels.com/sheraton

Below Average Hotel

the desk clerk could care less about accuracy, We were staying with 2 other families and wanted to be on the same floor. When I checked in, I was told the one family did not have reservations, which was not the case. One of our friend's rooms had little to no air conditioning and our other friends had their rooms cleaned every other day. the consierge was asked to set up dinner reservations for us, which she never did. the beds were hard and the sheets were as rough as sandpaper. The pool was indoor very hot and loud. Too many patrons had dogs. We even saw one dog poop in the lobby and the guest barely cleaned it up. I wish we would have stayed at the renaisance down the street. We have traveled allot this year and have never been at such a substandard hotel. Breakfast was not included with the room and the elevators were so slow, they could make you late for an appointment. I would not stay here again. thank goodness Nashville was lots of fun

Two people needed internet access, but the fee only covered one computer. I did not like having to pay for internet access. The bed was very comfortable.

It’s a nice hotel. I had a well done event conducted by the hotel staff. They do have poor parking, which was expected. Overall it was a nice stay. It was the best hotel stay on the whole trip.

This hotel is over rated. a bottle of water is 4.00 on top of the 100 & something to stay there! Also, desk people weren't very friendly-best thing was the bed and the view. I waited 30 minutes for help with my bags-i finally carried them out my self and wound up late for my appt. I don't want to go back!!

I choose hotels based on my needs and the children. One is the pool. It was shut down. Now I understand the maintance issues, but during the summer in a very hot climate. I called, read all the postings I could find and nowhere or no one mentioned this. Thiswas very upseting to a child who leaves to swim. Also the room had torn carpet and the bath tub had many chips in it and made it hard for a bath. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
