Don't forget anything! If you do, and call back from out of state, you'll be shuffled from rude person to rude person, asked to fill out a report and you'll never see your clothes again!

Fantastic place to stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan Times Square. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The bellman brought us to our room and gave us many helpful tips about the area. Our room was a joy to stay in. We liked it so much we decided to extend our stay to another night. The customer service experience we received was outstanding. The staff definitely aimed to please. All of the people we encountered were very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Its a great location to many theaters, a 2 minute walk to Mamma Mia and Chicago.

We stayed at the top floor. The room was old, bath not too clean, room cold. We called the engineer to fix the heater. He fixed it. At night we could not sleep because of the constant low-level noise of fan on the roof. At 3 am, we requested to chan

I arrived very early (7 a.m.) and was amazed at how accomodating the staff was. When I said I just wanted to check my bags they frowned and said that they will check to see if they had rooms available. They did and I was off to tour the city on my only day off - in town for a tradeshow. The locations is suberb. Within very close proximity to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and many shows. The room was clean, well lit and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. I parked at the garage near the hotel and was able to call 30 minutes prior to departure to pick up my car. It was waiting. Had breakfast in the restaurant. This was the only negative to my entire experience. The buffet was completely over priced and the food was mediocre at best. A better choice is to head out the door and turn left. Go up one block and eat at the deli. Overall, good experience and worth every cent.

We had to be moved from our first room

We had to be moved from our first room because the bathtub was disguisting. The second room was clean but very, very small for the price. The staff, however, was friendly and accomodating. We will not stay there again, but I commend the staff.

Myself and my wife stayed a week at this hotel, we ended up at the sheraton new york first ans was amazed how grand it looked, when we found out we were at the wrong sheraton and the hotel we were suposed to be at was along the street we thought it would be a grand.
When we got to the foyer we knew straight away it was a rough place and it was gonna be along week staying there.
The rooms were disgusting, internet did not work all it was there was a load of wires hanging out the wall.
The restraunt adjacent to it (Russo's)was terrible I ended up with food poisionng from either the french onion soup or the chicken wrap.
If your looking for a clean hotel please go else where as this will put you off New York and spoil your trip the the greatest city on earth.Trust me im not over reacting about the hotel. The bathrooms were filthy, the tiles were filthy

I stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan @

I stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan @ Time Square. They started me off in a room that was behind the lifts, which was pretty noisy and I requested a room change, which they did without a problem. Once changed, I had no problems at all. The room was big enough and the bathroom was nice. The location was fantastic, close to Time Square and not far from Central Park. I would love to stay at the Sheraton Manhattan again.

Great location!Colors of room a little drab.“The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location couldn't have been better for doing things in midtown Manhattan, and it's close to the subway if you plan to go anywhere else. The room was spacious and the King size bed very comfortable.”
