Worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at,

They kicked us out of our room for talking too loud at 6 pm. And then took our $200 deposit for smoking when no one was smoking. Do not stay here. They are scam artists. This was enough to never stay at a Sheraton or go to Indianapolis ever agai

Worst hotel for service

Worst Hotel I have stayed at

While the ambience of the hotel is somewhat elegant I found the amenities to be lacking and overpriced. at around 140.00 a night. Wi-fi was available in the lobby but in the room 11.96 for 24 hours of high speed internet, ridiculous. A continental breakfast consisting of juice a cold bagel and small box of cereal and small carton of milk for 11.00 dollars each, again ridiculously overpriced. We did not eat there. In this age of many hotels offering free hot breakfast, free internet I found them sorely lacking in service. Unfortunately because of a company event we had to say there. One of the desk clerks and many other employees were hard to understand as they had very heavy accents. I found it rude that while we were in the east meridian room many employees were speaking their own language. Were they speaking of us? The price to park in the garage $22.00 dollars for 24 hours, once again overpriced. The room was clean but small the shower walls were a bit spotty. There was no refrigerator nor a microwave. There was however coffee. I am surprised they did not charge for that to. 2 liters of water were in the room at almost 5.00 dollars a bottle. The vending machines only took debit or credit. I will not charge a bottle of soda or water on my credit card. I do not mind paying around 100 - 200 for a nice clean spacious motel room but I do expect there be some amenities to make my stay a bit more comfortable. I would not stay there again. I do need use my internet while staying out of town. The "SHERATON" is a dinosaur that needs to keep up with the times. We were also not told that there was breakfast served in the club room.

Came here to stay for a concert that was at nearby Conseco Fieldhouse. Best price we could find close and we were very satisfied. Service was great and associates were very knowledgeable about the area and answered any questions we had.

Came here on business and was very pleased. Excellent and easy location. Guest Rooms are BRAND NEW! Hotel has great lobby & lounge atmosphere in evenings-very busy & pleasant. Club lounge is the BEST in the city. Will definitely return again next month!

We stayed at the Sheraton for 4 days

We stayed at the Sheraton for 4 days and 3 nights. Don't have alot of nice things to say. The staff was uninformed about the city, nobody could tell us directions or suggest places to eat. The room was small, the thermostat obviously wasn't working. When we got there the room was at a comfortable temperature but I tried to turn it down for the night and although the temperature on the thermostat read 69 degrees it sure didnt feel like it. The next day I moved it down to 62 and still nothing happened. We had to wait several minutes for the elevator to come to a stop at our floor. Sometimes as long as 20 minutes. IT was not that busy this weekend and the elevators kept passing us up on the way down and never stopped. I worked out in the 24 hour fitness room which was ok but not big enough for a hotel this size, the business area had 3 computers that were as old as Indianapolis was. I wanted to take the stairs and they were locked. I inquired as to why would you lock a staircase, their answer was that the engineer had the key. I asked them what they did in case of a fire and they said it was ok because the door opens when your on the inside of the stairwell. GREAT, how do the firemen get into the stairwell though? Just all around poor service, don't recommend staying here, there are much nicer hotels for the same rate and closer to more attractions.

Clean and comfortable.Overcharges for food and such, $13/day internet.“It had very nice clean rooms, good air quality. The in-hotel snacks were ridiculously high priced. The internet access was $13.00/day, when every little Days Inn now offers it for free. They had new flat screen TVs, but the reception was not HD and poor by the standards of the 1960s.”

Huge HDTV in the room.Relatively expensive parking.“This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was tastefully decorated and priced competitively. There was an enormous LCD television in the room, although some channels didn't get the best reception.”

The staff was very friendly and helpful.I have no complaints.“This hotel was clean and well taken care of. It was within walking distance of lots of attractions and dining. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the valet. They gave great advice to people who did not know a lot about the city.”
