Sheraton Gateway LAX is a lousy hotel and I will never stay there again. I spent 3 hours. Up till 02:00 in the morning trying to get their internet to work in the room to no avail. Sheraton tried to charge me for the non-service and then never once apologized for the inconvenience. Staff at desk seemed too busy talking to each other to pay attention to awaiting guests. Overall, the hotel met our needs for a place to stay. However, the bath tub did not drain, and although it worked for 5 minutes after the hotel fixed it, it went back to being clogged again - not sure if this was consistent in other rooms.
