Every person who worked there was not only polite, but went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well provided for. The Bayfront's innovative design came from DRS Architects of Pittsburgh, who solved the problem of a narrow plot for the the hotel by moving the ballroom up a floor, opening up one side to the water view.
