      <description>Irene the concierge is the best.The room was awful. The bed, the view, everything! I will start on a positive note. Irene at the concierge desk is wonderful. Could not have asked for more. However, the room was awful. It was a handicapped room, with a very uncomfortable bed, and no room to move around. More room in the bathroom then the bedroom. It smelled of mold, and I believe this may have led to my present Illness. I will see what the doctor says later. I have stayed here several times, and never saw a room quite like this. The view also faced an apartment building where you could see everything they were doing in their apartments. I am glad I did not have any children with me. My employees however, received a much nicer room. Go figure, and they are not ill.</description>

      <description>Good location.Only valet parking - very expensive. We requested a no-smoking room. The front desk clerk would not consider switching us. The hotel does not have any restaurants within property or near by. We have to drive a few miles to find a breakfast place. Valet parking is the only choice - it costs over $26 (with tax) plus tips every time you need the car.</description>

      <description>Convenience and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.They have loud lobby disco music till 12:30am. Our room was on the 2nd floor adjacent to an open area to the lobby/disco. Why didn't they warn us? We were so annoyed over the loud music. The second floor was the only floor that would be affected by the disco music. They could have given us any room from the 3rd on up and it would have been fine. When we complained they said they didn't have another room available. There were also ash trays in the room. Does that mean it was a smoking room? I was very disappointed. The hotel and rooms were nice but we were so annoyed.</description>

      <description>The lobby was acceptable.Awful room, dirty hallway, disgusting pool situation, rude and inattentive staff, horrible location. The best part of this hotel is the lobby. The staff requires serious training. I had 3 bags and 5 staff stood outside talking while I struggled to open the door myself. The front desk staff was rude and talked about each other right in front of me, rolling their eyes in disgust about a particular person. I walked down the hallway to my room and there were wrappers and garbage left outside and it was 5:30pm. I asked the front desk for an itemized list, they said they would send right away and 3 hours later I had to call to find out she said she is alone and cannot get me the document I asked for and did not even tell me she could not. If I had not prepaid for my hotel I would have left. I travel for business a great deal - I own my own company and I can honestly say this is one of the top 2 worst experiences I have had in a hotel.</description>

      <description>I booked a specific suite in this hotel and even called a few days before arriving to confirm that this suite was reserved.  I arrive the day of our reservation to find that suite HAD BEEN GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE.  No one from this hotel even had the guts to call me to tell me the bad news!

We had to wait hours to find a replacement room.  The one they gave us instead was just DEPRESSING!

Oh, and the keys they gave us did not work either.  Horrible management.  Poor customer service.  Just heard that the hotel is having labor issues too.  For your own sanity, STAY AWAY!!</description>
