Once the sun sets the place really comes alive with insect and human life. The rooms were old, smelly and dirty. Sleep was difficult between obnoxious patrons yelling and partying ALL night, security staff running around after them, sheriffs police racing around the parking lot and Oh did I mention the Swat team and search helicopter flying over head for hours. All this within 48 hrs. That's about the time that I ran for the exit. We had more action at the Seralago than all the Orlando amusement parks combined. The walls were so thin I felt that these folks were running through my room. This place makes the real "Tower of Terror" look like a kiddie ride. The only thing to complain about was the hot tubs were not hot enough. Other than that, we were very pleased. I was concerned about using the free shuttle service, however, it was great, the shuttle ran all day long coning and going. So if you decided to sleep in, you still had a free ride to the Disney parks and the last shuttle picked up at 10:30 nightly, so we were able to see and experience all that Disney had to offer. It was by far one of the best vacations we've had. I will use Seralogo again and will highly recommend it to everyone.
