I have been going here for over 23 years!

I just love going back to Sea Chambers every year and some times twice a year! When there is a year that for some reason I can't go (which has only happened 3 times in over 20 years), I really miss it.
The location is fantastic, just about a 1/2 block from the beautiful Marginal Way where you walk a path along the ocean, down to quaint little area called Perkins Cove with small shops and good restaurants. If you don't want to walk back there are trolleys.
It's also around the corner from a sandy beach. They have it all. Great little breakfast in a small house and packages that include dinner at a beautiful, large farm house or beach house across from the ocean. Since I have been going here for so many years, I can't say enough good things about it! I've even brought up my volunteer group and all 25 people loved it and some continue to go up too. It is the cleanest motel I've ever stayed at. I have never thought of it as a motel! It's more like visiting old friends! The staff is always so great and if someone leaves you feel sad when you go back and they are not there. They are not a 4 1/2 star place. They ar 5 star plus!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We walked everywhere. The views of the water were amazing.
Breakfast in the art gallery next door was such a bonus.

I would like to say the sea chamber is second to none we have been to several places before the sea chamber and now we will go no where else. A family member was kind enough to share this paradise with us if your into antiques or fine dining ogunquit is the place to go be. be sure to stop at the egg and I for breakfast and the steak house for dinner in wells and wild willy for a mouth watering burger that will have you coming back for more good luck and we will see you there. the wilk/ krull

What a view!!

We have been going to Sea Chambers for years. We love the peacefulness, the views and the deck over the Ogunquit river. It's a wonderful place to come and just relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable. As far as the rooms go they are not super luxurious but I don't think that is what people come there for. It's the location which is magnificent and brings people back year after year! They serve a very nice breakfast included with the room (I only wish they served breakfast later, we are on vacation when we come) It's a low key quite motel in the center of everything with the best views in Ogunquit.

I highly recommend this place.

View was only good part of stay

People were cordial. Views were great. Wood floors squeeked, walls were paper thin. When upstairs room was occupied, could hear every step. Most of the rooms are really old. Place was practically vacant, but management insisted on placing guest in adjoining rooms. Breakfast was awful.

We are going back for our 3rd year. We loved the view of Oquinquit beach. We would take advantage of lowtide and swim across the river to the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
The motel is right near all the restaurants.
Oquinquit is a summertime paradise for all.

I have been to the Sea Chambers a few times and I have always totally enjoyed it...the rooms are nice...it is a great location...and the prices are reasonable...I would highly recommend their "package" deals...because the Clay Hill restaurant and the Grey Gull are the BEST restaurants to go to.
