The staff is incredibly friendly and always helps me to the best of their ability. This is the first time I stayed at the Scottsdale Park Suites and I will never go back. The facility is dirty. It looks like they put more money into landscaping than in the apartments. Jacuzzi pool is not kept clean; do not go into it. The health department was even there because of poor upkeep. Cars are broken into and walk areas very dark at night and gives you a feeling of not being safe. I talked to some of the residents who rent apartments there and they said they don't complain because then management will harass them and make them move out. I was told by many residents that the property management is very rude and sarcastic. The property manager and another man from the office (maybe he's the owner) walk around peeking into people's suites when they are not around; they walk around like stalkers. They are very unprofessional and have no class. I copied down an emergency number they have listed on the office door and I called it several times for a few evenings and no one ever answers; there is no one to contact in an emergency. If you are looking for a place to stay that is friendly, clean and makes you feel welcomed and safe, don't stay here. This is the only place we stay when we come and visit and would highly recommend it to anyone!
