Very close proximity to great stores, things to eat and where we needed to go. But that wasn't the best part....I sprung for the room with the inroom hottub....WOW! The staff was extremely helpful at all times, even calling us in our room to suggest places that delivered food after we asked. I think that hotel is good for two stars, rooms were clean every day, there were always hot watter, the blankets were clean also. What I did not like so much was, that there was not enough fresh air, the window was not possible to be opened. I also miss the swimming pool , but that is maybe to much for two stars hotel. Otherwise the personel of the hotel were nice , helpful and friendly. I would recomend this hotel also to other visitors because you get a lot for the price. I was looking for a nice hotel that was affordable near Reliant and I found the perfect one! Rooms were comfortable with plenty of room to relax, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and knows what customer service is all about. We finally stayed at a place that know the meaning of customer service. It was quiet and relaxing. It was very convenient to our locations. The room was spotless and the sheets fresh and crisp. We will be staying there every time we visit Houston. We wished we could have stayed longer.....Maybe next time. The price was VERY reasonable. I used to work at the convention center, and booked all of our out of towners there. So one day I decided to treat myself to the jacuzzi room. It was exceptional.
