In the carpets make your feet turn black, don't use anymore toilet paper than what they give you in the room becauce they will charge you for it. I swear their idea of cleaning the room is remaking the bed with the same sheets and taking the trash out nothing else. Staff is very rude, and will not do anything to help you. If they did, they would look closely to every detail of their rooms. Maybe the owners of this hotel chain should make it a point to stay in their own hotels to see it for themselves. It is out of the hustle and bustle of down town but in a great location. No daily maid cleaning services, only by the day of the week. This includes changing towels. The hotel seem to be an apartment for many types of people of all colors. Seem like the hood.
