Everything comfortable and CLEAN with one exception. The extra high, fat pillows that gave all of us sore backs or necks if we even used them. I got a great nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice with many things to choose from. The pool and hot tub were clean and the pool large enough for many people to swim and not be crowded. There is a mall and restaurants within a short driving distance. I found the front desk staff to be "chilly" especially when we were asking about things to do in the area. They seemed to want to get you in and out as quick as possible even when no one else was in the office. I thought it was a very comfortable and clean place. For the price is was a good value. I would stay there again, just wouldn't rely on the front desk staff for much assistance. The air conditioning was broken for 2 days & they were unable to move us to another room or fix the a.c. The maid never came to clean our room, so as far as we know there is no maid service here. The wifi system is a joke - basically doesn't work. People at front desk are grumpy. This place is terrible. Just don't stay here. We enjoy the continental breakfast, which offers cereal, bagels, bread for toast, belgain waffles, yogurt, juice coffee, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. All for free! The pool area is spacious and clean. The only problem we had was with the ethernet hook-up for internet, so I would suggest before unpacking anything...test the internet connection. That way if they have to move you to another room, you don't have to pack up to move.
