The staff made absolutely no attempts to accommodate us. We weren't allowed to check into our room one second before 4 p.m. On our first night, we found that our room was infested with ants, and they refused to move us or do anything for us. We were told that Florida has a lot of bugs and we should deal with it. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay. It’s in a central location to Orlando, and their theme parks are incredible. It’s a reasonable price for a 4 star hotel, no complaints.
