Nasty Hotel

This hotel was nasty, moldy, and not clean. We checked in and checked right back out!! If this hotel had been clean I might have stayed, but the walls were filthy and there was mold behind the door on the floor where they probably had water damage or something, but never fixed. This hotel could use a serious update and needs to fire there cleaning crew!!!

Never stayed in anything like it before.

I have traveled all over the world and have never been in something like this. The room was very very small. Just enough room to walk around the two beds. The walls are very thin, at the ceiling the light was shining through from the room next to us

I would not have anyone stay at this hotel even if it was for free. When we got here to sign in the two lady's ( if that's what you want to call them) where talking about there night out on the town and I had to stand there and wait for them to get done talking before they would help me. We went to Cedar Point and came back to the hotel to get the room card to get in our room the lady work saw about 10 people walking from across the street so she went out to talk to them. We did get to our room and it was terrible. Smelled, hot floor dirty, and the door wouldn't lock unless you pulled up on it. We were going to not stay but when we went down to get a refund there was another lady down there wanting to do the same and they wouldn't let her. So it was hot the kids wanted to go swim so we turned the air on and we went down to the pool and the people that was walking across the street were in the pool. After about 10min of putting up with them another with small kids went to complane. The lady from the office came and told them they had to leave they could come back later. When we got back to our room and it was still hot the air didn't work. When we took a shower the hot water didn't work. (Which I guess was fine cause the room was hot) Do yourself a favore unless you like pain DO NOT STAY at this hotel !!!!!!! It was the worst place we have ever staied in our lives.

Location was OK.Everything-outdated, poor layout.“We could not reach our room without going up or down stairs. This was a huge problem with large suitcases. The hotel was clean but extremely.”

The lady at the front desk was RUDE, Almost left.Room was small, remote, clothes dryer and lamp did not work.Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. After a full day at cedar point, nice place to just go crash.Daily newspaper was nice. Breakfast was just coffee, juice and a muffin. Room had a musty smell, left door open quite a bit.Did not enforce pool hours. Loud noise late at night. All in All, would stay again for the price.Cleaning persons should work at front desk...much more friendly.

Nasty, Filthy, Digusting, Moldy, and the pictures are a lie. Those pictures don't even show the right hotel or they are from 30 years ago. Staff has attitude problem and manager "X" is RUDE and LAZY! Avoid this Hotel.-

Room was very small. TV remote didnt even work. Holes in ceilings/walls. Bathroom looked like it was as old as dirt, holes in door/above toilet. Pool looks alot better in the picture. "Continental Breakfast" was a table with coffee and donuts. Would not go back again! Would rather sleep in a tent. Beds were not comfortable.

I have seen much better at a really cheap motel. Service what service.... Making the bed with the same bedding that was on there that morning when we left for Cedar Point and returned that night, not being able to get ice from the machine in the morning which was empty that night, and the pool wouldn't touch it. Now if you want to go there to run tricks, which seemed like what the quest across from us was doing for two nights in a row. Wouldn't recommend that place to anyone and travel agency or any other travel service should not want there name attached to them. The place was a joke.

"This hotel is terrible - DO NOT GO! The room stunk, you could smell beer everywhere, paint was chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom, wallpaper was coming off. The best part was when we refused to stay and the finally gave us our money back so we could go elsewhere!"
