I had to go to the office in my PJs at 5am, I was a little grouchy about that. Continental breakfast was a joke.“We arrived at the hotel and it was hot from inside. There was no air turned on and it took forever to cool the place down. I'm sure it didn't help that there was a gap under the door that was over an inch wide. When taking a shower, my husband pulled several hairs out of the washcloth he was using that did not belong to him. Then when we went to bed the sheets were very scratchy. We has the usual night time voices from people coming in late which was not the fault of the hotel, but we were awakened at 7:30 am by loud voices speaking in Spanish. We got up and headed out of our room to have breakfast and leave and we discovered that the voices were coming from housekeeping. They were way to loud, way to early. We proceeded to the breakfast area and all that was there was to types of Danishes and two types of cereal. This was not nearly enough to choose from. No fruit, no toast, no bagels. I was not expecting a whole lot to choose from at this hotel, but this really shouldn't have been called a continental breakfast. Staff nothing really close by.“The staff was very unfriendly or fridge wasn't working and had one of the staff fix it with a room full of kids and had his whole rear end exposed pretty much for everyone to see it. The WIFI is free only next to the check in counter about ten feet away.
