The staff were pleasant and friendly (special thanks to X), however the hotel itself is in need of a major upgrade. The room was dirty and a huge cockroach met us in the Bathroom, we spent 2 nights killing another 2 roaches! our room was serviced only twice in 6 days. Breakfast consisted of a breakfast cereal bar and a coffee!
