I notified the desk. They "fixed" it on day two, and there was no heat on day two either. I got an apology from desk that night. The restaurant was closed both nights. It was not that clean, it was run down. They have friendly people that help you in any way that they can and a lot of extra's that you can count on. They are located right next to a bowling alley and on the quieter side of Cadillac, Mi.
