We went to visit Modesto to attend a family funeral. so we decieded to find the closes and cheapest hotel. We found Rodeway Inn. and let me tell you we got 3 rooms. first room- the sheets were not clean they were just used, the carpet was wet, the bathroom smells like dirty sweaty pigs. the tile floor was slippery, the AC did not work. it just blew out Musty air. the Second room the AC did not work. there were like 5 flies in the hotel. there was a HUGE pee stain on the bed. and it smells very bad. Facts are that there is a Gay bar right next door, and that they rent the rooms by the hour. and that it is also a place for DRUG DEALING. i do not reccommend this place at all, this place should be burnt down. i will never ever go there ever again. we didnt even stay the night there. we ended up going down the street to the days inn. http://www.travelpost.com//hotels/Rodeway_Inn/r485867 http://www.travelpost.com//hotels/Rodeway_Inn/r485868 We were looking for clean and cheap place and stumbled upon Rodeway inn. Prices were very low, hence were excited to get the good deal. free internet was a necessity for us. Service was good in the sense, front desk clerk was very friendly and personable and offered extra attention (as we were travelling from Hawaii) Free breakfast was a nice ammenity.
