The hotel had a great location and we enjoyed walking on the Riverwalk and through downtown Spokane. The bed was terrible though. We demanded (and got) another room with a dead-bolt. There was an envelope strongly suggesting we tip the cleaning person, but there were moldy old grounds in the coffeepot.
