The rest were superb, room dirty with trash on floor, bathroom the worst. Front desk services were superb, efficient and friendly. Their guest services dept was inefficient, didnt listen to my request and responded incorrectly, housekeeping left trash on the floor (empty water bottles, etc), hair on counters and in tub, and mucus in the bathroom sink. I cleaned it myself. They also left us without towels on the 2nd day. Too far from the "strip". This aging hotel and casino is not likely to regain its appeal even as minor renovation continues. As of December 2007, many restaurants are closed on the site and the experience of being a distance from the "strip" can range from inconvenient to expensive.
