The Residence Landfall Wilmington NC has raised their nightly rates over $100 since last year,I highly recommend staying ath the hampton inn Landfall instead the suites are much nicer.the property is older and outdated.if you are on a lower floor you hear footsteps from above. The suites the jacuzzi tub and shower are crammed in a corner. The Residence inn properties at Raleigh Crabtree and uptown Charlotte are much nicer, newer ,and have better rates.

Great hotel by Robyn J. at InsiderPages

We stayed here during the Azalea festival because we came with family and needed the space. I liked the fact that you are able to cook which we did to cut on cost. The kids were in another room and my hubby and I enjoyed some privacy after a long fun day. I would recommend.

We can't wait until our next visit!

It was our first time in Wilmington. The staff was helpful to give us directions and help guide us towards the type places we wanted to visit and dine. The room and lobby were very clean. The breakfast was super. We stayed over a weekend, so we missed the complimentary snacks/drinks in the evening. The pool, jacuzzi, and grounds were also well kept. They even accomodated our large dog. (We took him to Fort Fisher Beach which is dog friendly.) We loved the suite, because there was a door between the living area and bedroom. We barely used the kitchen, but everything you need was there. The town was full of places to eat and shop-everything you could think of. We ate at the Blue Water and Fish House, both on the waterway right before Wrightville Beach. They were two miles from the hotel and had outside seating for a view of the water. We had a great experience and plan to return, hopefully in the fall!
