But when business brought me here again I have to say that I was unpleasantly surprised. It seems run down, the furniture is old, and the "improvements" they have made seem very glossed over. Like their business center is upstairs where you can hear room numbers from the lobby. No one thought that out it appears. Then there is the wireless access. It is fast if and only if no one is using it at the same time you want to use it. The final straw was really the staff. While there were some great standouts, most were just unhappy to be there. The breakfast was great and the Thursday night bbq was great also. Their new wireless high speed internet is the fastest I have found at any hotel. A great place to relax and get work done. Dusty, huge pillows, neck sore, sore throat from dust/dirt. Finally slept 3-4 hours on tiny sofa-bed. Staff unwilling/unable to provide smaller pillow. Threadcount in sheets very low-rough and scratchy. Good place for problem in-laws.
