The only thing I didn't like were the pillows--very spongy/squishy and I just couldn't get enough cervical support (but I'll say that was my fault-I should've brought my own pillow from home). The service is good. We had some problems with the parking, and it looks like all their rooms are for smokers. I asked for two non-smoking rooms, and both of them smelled like smoke.
