The lobby and rooms were attractive at first glance but as we spent more time there, more problems came up. First, the A/C unit was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with it on but when we turned it off, we realized that the noise from the nearby freeway came through the walls/windows with ease. The bathroom was clean, but the caulking looked like it was done by an amateur. Breakfast was lackluster - they ran out of milk right before we got there and had to send someone to a Minimart for a gallon to last the morning. To top it all off, despite the privacy please sign on the door, the cleaning staff pounded on the door and woke us up at 9:00am - which was rough after arriving late the night before from the last leg of a cross-country drive.
