If I return to Casper, Wyoming I would certainly stay there again. With the swimming pool, hot tub and a pool table there were things to do. Also a nice walk along the river was relaxing. The staff was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others. The hotel was very dirty. A letter at check in saying that it was scheduled for cleaning doesn't really help. I checked in with my wife and was given one drink coupon. I usually get 2 when I check in with my wife. There was no cream and sugar for the coffee in the room. The coffee and coffee maker were there, just no cream and sugar. Noisy a/c units, slow help, stained carpet throughout the entire hotel. Dirty stained carpet everywhere except the lobby. Staff slow and confused. Lumpy old beds made for three very uncomfortable nights.
