This hotel is in a great location. Very close to universal studios...and just miles from disney. Overall for the money and location it is a good value! The cont breakfast could have been better not much of a selection. The pool is niced sized and heated. The rooms are clean and comfortable they serve their purpose, you really don't spend much time in your room!
The showers didn't have alot of pressure at peak times but ther was plenty of hot water. They have a computer in the lobby internet access slow and you always have to wait for someone to finish using the computer. Other than that this hotel is a good value and I would recommend. I would recommend this hotel ,staff was friendly. It's a clean comfortable hotel.

We tried to check in at noon and were told that we would need to wait until three, Okay. We took a cab (to avoid parking nightmares) to our convention and when we returned to the hotel at 4:30 to check in we were informed that an entire floor of the hotel had flooded and that we wad been re booked at another hotel. Odd enough I am in the Water Damage and Reconstruction business and there were NO signs of a water damage to the facility. While waiting for the cab I overheard the desk staff talking about how it was silly to take discounted rooms when there were plenty of high rate paying customers. I am convinced that we were booted from the resort and send to a lower grade facility because of our discounted rate. The hotel we were sent to had a tattered chain link fence around the property and looked to have been built in the 70's, had some shady looking loiterers around, not a safe looking place. We canceled out reservations and drove 100 miles south back home. Wasted a day.

This place is okay if all you are looking for is a place to sleep at night. There are no frills. Thats is all we usually look for because we do not plan to spend our time in a hotel room. The rooms were clean. Breakfast is a rat race. The breakfast room is way too small and everyone is parctically climbing over each other and take what you can when you see it or you will not eat. The only probelm we had was if you leave something on the bed the maids wont make them and we were always short washclothes. Overall not bad.

Never been to Orlando before and took a chance on this hotel. Got lost on the way there and the staff was so helpful in getting me oriented and making recommendations for my visit. Over looks a beautiful lake with a fantastic sunrise and very close to Universal Studios and shopping. The rooms were well maintained but the continental breakfast is only two hours long so you have to get up early to enjoy. Beautiful pool area and kind of secluded from the hustle and bustle of International Drive. Will stay again.

I would not recommend to stay at the Ramada Lakefront. FIrst of all, the bathroom had ants crawling along the sink. The front desk service was okay but not very helpful especially when an item was stolen from our hotel room. All the hotel would say is sorry but they are not responsible for items left in the hotel room, that are unprotected or left out. They did, however, mention that there was a safe in the room, which any items left in the safe the hotel would be responsible for but for an additional fee. If looking to stay on International Drive in Orlando, I would strongly recommend selecting another hotel.

Bugs in room! Aka code 3! Sent maintenance to spray. Waffles on breakfast bar only every other day, waffle days there are not enough seats for guests to sit. Only one person working the breakfast bar and couldnt keep up with demands of guests. No hot tub. Pool cold. Not enough electrical outlets in rooms. Motel outside doors, open to public. Hot water would cut off in shower. U barely get what u pay for. Charged for safe, u have to ask front desk to take off charges after you have paid. Wished we stayed somewhere else.

The Ramada was at the heart of International Drive in Orlando. It was close to everything. They had a delicious continental breakfast. It was only 10 minutes from Universal Studios. We never lacked for things to do. The rooms were clean and the pool was very clean. Service was good. It was a good value for the money.

I did not meet yet such a rough, insensible and nonprofessional workers before arrival in Ramada Inn. The unacceptable and unfrienly behaviour of the front desk personnel.
Terrible "complimentary" breakfast.

They only offer 1 shuttle daily at 8:30 am. They arranged ground transportation at twice the price of a cab.The only vending they have is soda.I accidently left a jacket behind. They were of no help or assistance in trying to return it to me. I realize it was my fault for leaving something behind, and they shouldn't have to incur charges to return it. They wouldn't send it C.O.D or even assure me that if UPS came to pick it up that they would be able to locate it.
