Friendly people, location, extras all really nice.Rooms-halls are ready for thorough cleaning.“I have stayed in this hotel occasionally since opening day. Great staff, helpful, courteous and prompt attention. The facility has some kind of unpleasant odor on the upper levels, leading me to think it's time to do some serious cleaning and carpet upgrade. I'll stay again anyway as I love the convenient location/people.”

I use a manual wheelchair (and have for over 20 years) and stayed on the first floor here for two nights. First, the bad news: the hair dryer is a little high to reach from a chair, and the roll-in showers have an absolutely impossible reach from the stool (requiring a bit of an acrobatic act) as well as no place to keep the shower head when using from a lower level. The windows on the first floor are easily left unlocked and easily (even from a wheelchair) broken into, and the closet hanger-bar is set at a high level, requiring assistance to have moved. Now, the much lengthier good news: the room is overall quite roomy with plenty of space for a wheelchair, the staff is incredibly helpful from desk clerks to maintenance (Charlie is great) to housekeeping, breakfast in the morning is phenomenal (yes, they have waffles, too!), the pool and sauna are open late (no wheelchair lift) and the workout room requires a key from the desk, ensuring that the kids don't end up playing there.
Rooms have very functional sm. fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board (although iron was mounted a bit high).
A very large mall is across the street with Staples, Safeway (w/ gas station), PetSmart, Panda Express, Taco Bell, Blockbuster, Cold Stone Creamery, Brooklyn Grill, a bank, tux shop, etc...and what isn't across the street is, for the most part, within a few miles!
Probably the closest and nicest place to stay when attending shows at the Service Station on N Nevada...
Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we intend to return on business trips.

Very clean and comfortable, great complimentary breakfast, indoor pool and jacuzzi that is adults only after 10pm. The fitness room has weight machine, stationary bicycle, and treadmill looking into pool/jacuzzi area. There is a suana as well. Nearby are plenty of restaurants from McD's to Tomato Street, and nearby shopping includes one of the biggest malls in the area, with more great places to eat and even a movie theatre. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was fine. The location is good for North Spokane but not convenient at all for Coeur d'Alene or South Spokane. The 395 is very busy.

The employees there are fantastic Ken the breakfast man is wonderful to wake up to and so are the biscuits and gravy 6 cereals waffles and all the rest of the food was great. The pool could be a little warmer but the jacuzzi is great. August the manager is very nice and will match internet rates which will save you a lot. I have stayed here several times and right now they r under some construction but it doesn't interfere with all the good things. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and nice. Great location as well across the street from a shopping center and good restaurants. Well worth the money and you feel like you are cared about. Sherrie Coldsnow

Our first 4 days in this hotel were fine. But when we returned from a side trip, we were given a very small room that faced the roof with the air units and that is usually used as part of a suite. When we asked the manager to consider discounting the room, his reply was "You don't have to stay here, you can go somewhere else." At 11:15 pm that night we had a call from the front desk, waking us up to ask us if we were in the room or had checked out.The hotel overall is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable (a regular room). Ken in the breakfast room is a wonderful host who begins your morning with smiles and good food. However, this manager should have more respect for his guests.

Easy access from local businesses and very quiet.Poor access to front doors when using luggage cart.“I am not disabling but I can see where a disable person could become very frustrated. The ramp from the one disabled parking spot near the front door is somewhat Narrow and the limited space (due to flower pots and benches) makes using the luggage cart rather difficult for seniors. I can only imagine the difficulty a person in a wheel chair or walker might have. In the absence of assistance with luggage at the main door, I would have found a ramp from the covered entrance driveway very helpful. I was surprised to find only two drawers in the room and one of the drawers was very difficult to open. Otherwise, I found the hotel pleasant and met my needs.”

Everything was okay. They had a police incident going on the second day, but all okay. Their credit card system was down all week. My credit card did not get billed until the day after checkout.

This is the best motel I have stayed at in Spokane, WA, and I have visited several hotels. They have the best breakfast as well as an all night pool, and the rooms are huge.

The breakfast alone saves you 30 dollars. The biscuits and gravy, their 6 cereals, eggs, and waffles that you can make are great. It is clean and the front desk people are the greatest, talk about personality!

Only one thing is that I wish that the breakfast lasted a little longer, as it ends at 10. It’s a great place to stay!
