Dirty bathrooms

hotel not as advertised online. boy do pictures speak athousand words, not the same hotel at all. there was mold in the sink, sink is in room not bathroom, there was black spots looking like mold in bathroom, showers very dingy and old, torn curtains. one day they even gave us small towel for "rug" in bathroom. the "suite" is not a suite, the faucet in the suite area water was running strange color for a while before it turned normal, needless to say scared to drink it. coffee pot did not work properly. per online pics they must have taken pics of a different hotel. also continental breakfast, you can't eat when there are no plates or napkins! i went to manager as help said that this always happens, she just looked at me oh, sorry, and gave me a box of kleenix. no worth the money we paid

While there were no major problems with this hotel, it wasn't The Taj Mahal. There was some mold in the bathroom, they had to replce the hotel door lock, there were ants on the window-sill and the hotel staff were surly when they lost our reservation.

Overall, I think we might go up the extra 30 bucks a night for a better hotel. If all you need is a bed though, this place will do you fine.

The actual hotel was nice. The location is decent as well. However the parking lot is horrible. If the parking lot is full you have to back out of it. It comes to a complete end. No way to drive through it.

I had a great stay at theis Ramada. When we got home and I was writing this review I was quite shocked about what people said. The rooms were comfortable and roomy, beds were awesome! Breakfast was your average continental that also had hot waffles

Front Desk did not have my reservation

Front Desk did not have my reservation ready, they were confused about another location. the weather was in mid 30's, cold nights, the heater went out and they did nothing to fix it. service did not occur untile the last night. They told me there was nothing they could do about it other than extra blankets. I believe they turned power off to the heater, I know I am a master electrician. We were there from Dec. 17-21, 2008. Breakfast was very simple, tables were too close together, the door was never closed, cold wind was coming in during breakfast. Parking spaces are very close to each other. I would recomend the $4 transportation to/from disney. The walk would be more than 15 min.

Kids channels, you can buy tickets for

Kids channels, you can buy tickets for Disney at the front desk. Not enough light in the roomsDidn't respond quickly when the heat wasn't working due to a fuse. Shower head was short, had to bend down to get hair wet. The space was large enough for having small children. The heater didn't work. I asked the front desk to send someone up to fix the first night. No one came up. The second night after returning from Disney I went to the front desk and complained. The main guy was there in a flash. (even Christmas day!) The phone wouldn't let anyone call me. The internet worked great! There is a frig and microwave too in the suites. The breakfast was danish, waffles, cereal, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, and fruit! If you are looking for something cheap and good enough to sleep while you visit the area then its good.

For the price it cant be beat, clean

For the price it cant be beat, clean and cheap.I like 4 star or better, but was on a budget. Hotel was great for the price. It was clean and everything worked. If you just want a clean cheap room without a lot of ammenities this is a good choice. It's not as nice as a usually like, but I found this okay since I was only in the room to sleep.

The hotel is average at best, I checked in at night with a very courteous employee (probably the best thing about my stay). I asked him where the closer in n out was (you have to eat there in California) and he was very helpful providing directions. the room itself is average, nothing extraordinary.
