They had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and it is located in the heart of downtown Spokane. From my balcony there was a wonderful view of the signature steam pipes, and the train does run right across it. The view I found stunning. The staff was wonderful, while on my trip I encountered an allergic reaction to Ibuprofen, and was trying to make it back to the parking lot while driving my car. When I got to the parking lot, I got out of the car and collapsed. My daughter quickly got help from the hotel staff, who dispatched 911 services, and stayed with me and my family until help arrived. I had no idea I was allergic. They were wonderful, my thanks to them. We made our room reservations a month in advance and called to confirm our dates a week before traveling. Our room was only cleaned once and our beds never made. With 3 days left of our vacation, the front desk called us at 1215 in the afternoon telling us it was check out time. According to them, our reservation had ended. We ended up having to stay with relatives because there were no other vacancies.
