Quiet location and such great prices. The staff was attentive to every need and request. The rooms and hotel were updated with great decor and very clean. Made new reservations prior to leaving. It was nice to have housekeeping. The original room that we were in had a plugged toilet that I think they already knew about but they did change us rooms very quickly but we were settled in and a plunger would have fixed the problem. They didn't have one. Overall our stay was great. We will continue to stay with the Ramada chain but maybe get a convenient location next time. Maybe downtown area. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast tasty, rooms clean, etc. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay. The only issue I had was that it was a bit of a drive from the "main drag" in downtown Windsor.
