The AC/heating unit was the bomb, it kept the room at just the right temperature all night, we didn't even use any covers, and no getting up all night and adjusting the temperature because your freezing! The only thing I didn't like is the remodeling work is not so good, for instance the caulk around the tub was patched even though the old caulk was very yellowish, and the paint in the corners of the ceiling was peeling.
