I had made a reservation to stay at the Ramada Inn in Augusta, GA; however, had to cancel due to an emergency beyond my control. I called the manager to ask for a credit or refund. He stated that he would not give me a refund because I did not cancel 24 hours before my reservation. I understand that most facilities have a cancelation policy; however, most hotels will give you a credit to stay a different night. The general manager refused to do either, and the hotel was not even close to fully booked that night!!! I would not recommend that you book with this facility unless you are 100% sure that you are staying there. I took a shower in about 2 inches of water.
