We were happy with the great breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausage, waffles and anything else you could want. The ladies behind the desk and the cleaning crew were all very courteous and helpful. Always smiling, which was very welcome considering the reason for the visit. But most of all, the bed and the pillows were soooo comfortable. I have stayed at 5 star hotels before and not had such a good nights sleep. In fact, I am in the process of purchasing the same for my own home. We couldn’t figure out were they were located and when we called them to get directions the lady didn’t even know what to tell us, she didn’t even know were the hotel was located. We finally arrived at 3 in the morning. We had booked are stay a couple weeks in advance. When we arrived we had several bags that we had to carry up stairs because there was no elevator. We opened the door to the room and there was someone else in it!! They were in the bathroom!! My friend and I walked back down the stairs and to the front desk we told the lady what happened, and she said "O that man didn't check out? Well, he'll be getting charged double when he does check out." She never apologized, she acted like it happened everyday. Then we were given another room, we walked up the flights of stairs again, we open the door and the room is a disaster. There was beer two beer bottles in the room, hair in the shower, cigarette buts in a glass on the night stands, candy wrappers, and someone’s jacket in the closet. We had also booked an non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke, not to mention in was 90 degrees. We called the lady at the front desk, and she argued with us telling us that we booked a smoking room, then she said that she would give us another room. We were exhausted so we stayed there that night. But once again we never received an apology, I would recommended no one to stay there. There’s a Sleep Inn one minute down the road, stay there instead. It was not a bad place to stay and the rooms were clean. The rooms are very clean! The beds are very comfortable! All include a microwave and refrigerator, awesome for longer stays. I highly recommend this hotel. The bed--my god the bed was great! I had an elevated matress that made the bed sit high!!!! The shower was clean, and the water was always pipping hot. The ammenities such as the iron,coffe maker, ect. Was new and of exellent quality. The only con was that mantaince comes @ request rather than automatically. Even so I liked this because I knew exactly when they would be in the room. Phone in room was not working (at all), poor to no television recpetion in room, had to go to the front desk to get a "do not disturb" sign for my door, Early (break of dawn) on Sunday was woken up to the sounds of gospel music blaring from one of the rooms around us, beverage machine was out of order, & we turned the air conditioner all the way down to 65 degrees and it still wouldn't put out cold air.
