South, I can't beat this hotel for price, location and general quality. It's not a Hyatt, the rooms are a lttle small, but it is clean and in a great little neighborhood-no tourist spots, just unique resturants that locals use. Nice Fitness room, free breakfast. The only problem I have has is with the heating controls-I don't think each room really has the control over heat or not-it comes on in intervals.
