Great hotel. The staff was great and very informed about the hotel as well as the area. The shuttle was great and so was the breakfast. 5 out of 5 stars

Good deal despite probs but.......

I stayed for 2 days and 3 nights for a Board exam I was taking in Dallas. The room was fairly nice for the price. The king size bed was comfortable and the restroom was well maintained. The wireless internet and cable selection was a bonus. The room I got was on the 3rd floor facing the side parking lot of the hotel, so I got a quiet's night sleep. The continental breakfast was not bad; there were more sweet selections than salty selections. The only thing that was salty was the boiled egg.

I had 5 problems with the hotel stay. 1) The wall unit A/C didn't have enough power. It had very basic controls. It didn't come on often enough to keep the room cool. Thus, it was kind of humid in the room. The on duty manager sent someone up right away to inspect it but the technician couldn't do anything. The unit just needed to be updated. 2) The flushing power of the toilet was non-existent no matter what kind of business you take care of in it! 3) The carpet looks clean at first site but if you go barefooted, you'll notice the gummy feel and the black stain under your feet. 4) Beware of the ironing board. It is a cheap one and if you put a medium amount of pressure on it while ironing, it will buckle! Watch your toes! 5) The room doesn't have a mini fridge, so don't plan on getting any doggie bags.

Even though I had 5 problem with my stay, the only major one was the A/C. The rest were bareable. For the price I got through Kayak for my stay, I thought it was a pretty good deal for my experience. I wouldn't choose this hotel again because for the price I paid, I could have gotten a room with an extra living room area, kitchen, central air, a mini fridge, and a microwave at a hotel about 5 minutes away from this one.

Cheap, free breakfast.Unclean, did not

Cheap, free breakfast.Unclean, did not feel safe although nothing I had was stolen, says its non smoking but is not, monthly housing facility for low-income people.“I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights while visiting Dallas for a family reunion. I needed something cheap and close to Love Field Airport, so this fit the description. However, the rooms were just scary. The first one I stayed in was on the bottom floor. I noticed the soap holder in the bathroom was broken and also saw huge finger print indentations on the door. The outside door had been kicked down- it looked like a crime scene- like someone feel in the tub and the door had to be kicked down so they could get to the person. Nice cover up job, Econo Lodge. The second room I stayed in was on the top floor- the only thing clean in that room was one of the towels and the sheets. The room had the smoke detector stolen so that people could smoke in it. I also didn't feel very safe- this hotel accommodates monthly housing for people who can't make a monthly rent- so think about it that way. I didn't have anything stolen from the though, so I guess that's a plus. Free breakfast was nice, but the only good thing there was the waffle maker. Will not return to this hotel- it would be worth the extra $10-20 per night to find something in a nicer condition that is in a safer neighborhood.”

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The outdoor pool was closed.“We would definitely stay here again! It was right of the Highway and easy to find. The woman that helped us check in was super nice. When we checked out in the morning the staff was wonderful too! The breakfast was adequate, would have been nice to have more of a selection, but it worked. It also would have been nice to have an indoor pool, or at least a pool that was open. The room was very clean and fit our needs wonderfully! Definitely will come back next time we're in Dallas!”

My family and I went to go to a Dallas

My family and I went to go to a Dallas Cowboy football game. Go ?Cowboys?.
Anyway, that hotel was great. We were right in the middle of everything. Every day we would get great advice from Nastassia and Josh at the front desk. We thank you for helping plan our daily adventures. We felt like we went everywhere and everything was so close. We had a great adventure downtown, and at Medieval times, and at the Flight Museum at the airport. My son?s favorite was taking the Train from the American Airline center to downtown Fort Worth. My favorite part was that it cost me less than $10. It was a complete adventure just traveling on the train. My other favorite part. Parking my car and not having to drive it everywhere. Please tell all the van drivers how much we appreciated them driving us out to lunch and dinner and to the airport. We went to so many great fun restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by them. We enjoyed the health club and thank goodness you had the laundry room. My other favorites. Just relaxing at the Gazebo by the pool while my youngest was getting his afternoon nap. The kids loved getting to come down and get their own free breakfast and we appreciate that you letting them eat twice each morning. And for letting them use the computers. That just gave me a little more down time. Everything was great! Next time, though, I am flying in and taking advantage of your free shuttle to the airport. Till next time.
Thanks for the fun ? The participation ? The Memories. The Entire Garcia Family
