We arrived in the dark and they stayed on the phone with us until we knew how to get to the hotel. Everyone loved the grounds. The pool is huge and spectacular. The restaurant was always busy, but never lacked for fresh food and courteous staff. Lunch by the pool was a nice treat. The room was huge with two separate vanities, two TVs, a desk, a private balcony. Easy access for the wheelchair. Nice touch of coffee or lemonade in the lobby along with fresh fruit. What I like most is that all the rooms are suites, with couches and small refrigerators,this is so convenient for families. If you have a hard time sleeping in hotels, maybe their sleep number beds will help you. The pool is nice and big so the kids will love the pool. The room decor is very pleasing and the beds are extremely comfortable. The balcony is an added pleasure. The location is very convenient to the University and fine dining. The pictures in the advertisement of the hotel truly represent the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. The restaurant was fairly good and the outdoor eating by the pool was a nice. My husband, my 7 y/o and I found the room comfortable and reasonably clean. The pool was beautiful, and we did not feel cramped at all during a 5 day stay. The gift shop was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came every day without fail or prompting. My one criticism was that I found the service in the restaurant to be very slow and I felt that the food was fairly ordinary, yet pretty high priced.
