Wrong! Not enough room here to list everything that went wrong but the first thing that struck us was the front desk staff who were inept, gave us wrong information about the shuttle (more than once) so that we had to wait an hour and a half lat at night at Mohegan Sun for the ride back. They generally seemed to lack in intelligence and basic common sense. We stayed there 3 nights and the only 'cleaning' that was done to the room was that the trash cans were emptied; they did not take away the pile of used towels that were on the floor next to the trash, nor did they clean the sink and shower or make the bed. We had to stop a cleaner with the cart in the hallway to get fresh towels. The food in the restaurant was awful, barely edible. One last thing, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway leading to our room.
