The bathrooms were in need of remodeling and the balcony although nice offered no seating arrangements. And, when purchasing my one cocktail at the bar, the glass was dirty and had fingerprints all around the edges. We called and asked a room with 2 double beds, when we checked in we were told there were no rooms with 2 beds available. The gentleman at the front desk also failed to have a roll-away bed brought to the room. We had to go down and talk with the manager just to get the roll-away. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned well every day. It was a nice, comfortable room, albeit a little small. On the downside, the hotel shared a parking garage with the business building next door, and the garage was on the far side of this business. Therefore you had to walk a long way to get back to your room after you parked your car. There were also chronic problems with the key cards. We had to have the front desk renew the card's coding every day of our stay in order to get them to work properly. Also, the fitness center had only two pieces of equipment.
