The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING!!! serivce was poor, we sat in the bar for 1 1/2 hrs and not 1 person stopped by our table to see if we wanted anything, which is ok NO TIP for them we just got up and got our own THANKS. Guess it's ok to stay if you don't want to sleep. And I was looking forward to the sleep # bed but it didn't matter because I was unable to sleep. Later, when I complained, they admitted that there was a problem with the computer system for the heat and that the towels were scratchy because of a water softener problem. The only thing they offered us was $50 off our next stay... as if that's going to happen! When we checked in, the Front Desk person gave us general directions to our room, no map, or anything and the place is huge!
