Great Hotel (Bryan)!

For a 3 star, it couldn't be better. The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating (i.e. asked for breakfast 30min before they opened). Safe area. Across the street from Quicken Loans Arena and Jacobs Field. <5min drive to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Cleveland Browns Stadium. Good free continental breakfast (or you can pay and order from menu). Only negative is the parking. $18 with in/out privilege or use meters on the street. We were able to use meters our first night (free after 6pm), and used a garage across the street ($15) for the second night (night of a Cavs game). Large rooms and bathroom with sleep number beds. Will definitely use again! And no, I have no affiliation with the hotel!

It was very conveniently located to the arena where we went to a concert. The rooms were very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable and each side could control the firmness of the mattress

The location was great to see the Cavs game. I didn't think the price of the hotel was very good compared to the poor quality of the hotel it was. It was less than a Holiday inn. It had thin walls. The bathroom was a mess. The hotel restaurant wasnt open until a half hour before the game started. I didnt use it. Then room service was closed by the time the game was over. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's the only hotel you have to go to. The only good employee was the valet service person.

I do not like the Sleep Number beds. You could hear the beds motors all over the hotel, and it's not a particularly comfortable bed on any number.

I thought it was fantastic. The staff was so nice and very helpful in recommending restaurants and things going on. The valet service was a godsend since the hotel is right downtown.
