This is an old property that has been converted to an all suite hotel. The rooms are dark and musty smelling. My room had mold on the bathroom walls. The fridge and microwave were old and dirty. Our room was not very clean and there was food left in

Very poor customer service and management

We arrived after a very long drive with what we expected to be a comfortable stay. We had planned on staying a couple nights until we found a mouse in our room. I went to the front desk and complained about the situation expecting some kind of resolution and was told they could not help and I would have to speak to management, but I was given a mouse trap and was told that everyone has this problem in the winter.

I went back to my room which had two double beds and pulled back the sheets to find the mouse and droppings in my bed. After again confronting the desk they said they could do nothing but refer me to the manager who was not present. I just wanted another room or some kind of refund so I could go else where for a peaceful night’s sleep. After talking with the manager-owner I was told they would send me something in the mail but could not reimburse my money. I am a commercial realtor and I would never refer or promote this facility or any other affiliations with this gentleman if this is his idea of customer service.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I am a business traveler who travels about 150+ days a year. I stay at a lot of hotels and try to find the nicest hotels in an area at a good price. I got the good price at this hotel, just not the good hotel experience. The hotel looks great from the outside, but the inside will disappoint you. The rooms are old with a fresh coat of paint. My drains on the sink and shower didn't work. The manager wouldn't talk to a guest, at the front desk or walking around. The bartender was nice though. Overall this is not a hotel that you want to visit. There are better hotels in Wichita for the same price.

Very nice

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed there four nights and especially appreciated the personal service from the front desk personnel.

We got one of the suites, which was well worth the price. We had a separate bedroom and living room, with a door between them. This is important as my husband is a champion snorer and I often need to sleep in a separate room. The living room was spacious and well appointed. It would be ideal for anyone who needs to receive guests in their hotel room, but not expose the guests to a bedroom. The living room had a mini-fridge, microwave oven and wet bar.

The breakfast was lovely. We had make-it-yourself waffles every morning, as well as a choice of other things such as sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. It was served buffet style.
