Jackson's BCT graduation. Rooms were ok. I had 2 rooms for which we used on wednesday and thursday, I had more family that came down on thursday night. I reserved all these rooms a week in advance. I double checked on the room for my family that was on their way in, that would be arriving around 1:00 AM. When I went to the front desk, I found out that the room that was reserved for my mother-in-law and niece, the people that were supposed to check out that morning, did not. The guy at the front desk called the manager and he basicly said, Oh well, no more rooms, you're out of luck. They did nothing for me. Didn't offer to help find another room, or anything. So I walked accross two lots to the Holiday Inn Express. The man behind the desk was very polite and appoliged that Quality Inn treated us this way. They gave us a room at a reduced price. I will pick Holiday Inn now over Quailty Inn. Also, I called the Choice Hotels that night and made a complaint about the hotel, and they said they would contact the manager of the hotel and he would have 72 hrs. to contact me and try to make things right. For example: we found old lunch meat and the package in the drawer of the nightstand beside of the bed.
