The store handle hanging down and torn off. The hotel was fine for the time I stayed there. When we got there the lady at the front desk was not helpful or friendly at all. That put a bad taste in my mouth then. The elevator had fruit loops in the bottom of it. Needed to be cleaned. Terrible experience. There was a $25.00 charge if there was a dirty fork left any where which did not make any since to me. Had to bend over just to wash my hair when I should have had to stand up and enjoy a nice showering.
