Had to find a place to stay for one nite until we got in our condo. Mid afternoon and we stop at this Quality Inn. Rooms were very clean, good view of the ocean, decent breakfast the same as all the others. Would stay here again.

The rooms were adaquate, but the ocean view is after you overlook a parking lot. Could have gotten a much better place in Myrtle Beach for the same amount of money.

Pool was dirty most of the time and for a vacation spot, I wasn't real thrilled the the free breakfast was from 6am to 9am...

I will never use your services again

I will spread the word, your customer service is awful. Your agents are terrible, HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH. I sat on hold for 120 mins. trying to talk to a supervisor and finally got through for him to tell me he's too busy to listen to me. I will go well out of my way to discourage others from making the 'Yahoo Travel' MISTAKE!!!

The hotel was okay. They were renovating it so, it wasn't the most pleasent place to be, but the rooms were roomy and the staff were warm and helpful.

customer service - awful

We recently stayed here; after checkout, my husband accidently left some of our clothing in the parking lot. After 6 long distance phone calls, I was told to send an empty box, and our t hings would be returned. After 1 1/2 months, we still have not received our clothing. As much as we paid to stay there, I would have thought that someone there would be willing to help me.

QUALITY INN OCEANFRONT

In 2003, a few days after Labor Day when the rates drop, I took my friend who is on oxygen 24/7 and had a lot of health problems, to MB for 3 nights. She had not been away for 9 yrs. We booked this and I talked to the desk and they assured me they would help us out. They did MORE than help. When I arrived, they came and unloaded my car for me as both of us were 62 and not able to lift. They kept us well checked on and I will never go anywhere else now. They rooms have Refrig and microwave and we had oceanfront. Pool is great too. The breakfasts FREE is out of this world!

I booked this hotel last summer (2003) and was very please with the value and the service. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Great oceanfront value in compare to the other prices.
