Then at 5: 30 AM on a saturday morn the loudest street work or whatever started and lasted for 1 hour .Unable to get back to sleep so I am doing this as I lie here awake. I am going to ask for an adjustment .All will be notified of my results.

convienent and reasonable

I thoughly enjoyed my stay here. They are in the midst of remodling, so it wasn't as nice as it will be. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the price was very reasonable. The elevator was out of order when we left, so we walked down 4 flights of stairs. But that could happen to anyone.
The trolly stops right in front of the door, and everything is literally just blocks away.
I will definetly use them again.

this hotel is in a great location. parking is a bit tough to find. it is ok for the money, old, sort of run down, a lot of paint is needed. the bed was very uncomfortable! the staff was helpful and nice. this is a good place to stay if you are going to be in town for a night or two.

Can you hold it?

This hotel is in a great location. The pros end there. Not only do you have to hike up flights of steep stairs to get to your room (the staff does not man the old fashioned Otis elevator on a regular basis) the rooms are falling apart and smell funny. Our bathroom door was broken (the doorknob fell off and locked us out of the bathroom). After we checked in we went up to unload our suitcases and get ready to go out. The doorknob broke so we brought the knob down to the front desk and asked then to fix it before we came back. When we came back the door was fixed but in the middle of the night nature called and the door knob fell off again, locking us out. No answer at the front desk until morning when my bladder all but burst! I would not stay here again if it was the last hotel in all of Florida!

Don't book here if you want a clean room

The sheets were dirty, there was hair all over them. The room was old and musty, and not very clean. The room was also hot! They don't have the air on when you arrive, no breakfast, no iron, no parking - you have to pay for parking downtown! There’s a club/bar right outside the office, I had a toddler and when we arrived at 11pm the people were all in the streets walking to this bar – very loud music.

Do Not Stay Here

The hotel has a terrible odor that spreads through out the hallways and rooms. The room we stayed in was in poor repair (stained walls, filthy curtains, windows that won't close) Some of the staff members were rather rude and the elevator is one of those old fashioned kind that only the staff can run, so if they were busy you had to wait or climb up 97 stairs (we were on the 6th floor). The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to Bay Walk and the Pier as well as many other sights.
