I do agree with one of the other reviews, it is not a place to bring kids; nor would kids want to be brought here (to "fancy" & no pool), this is a place to bring you lover and fall in love all over again! The attention to detail and the wonderful staff makes The Peerless Hotel one of the best experiences of my lodging life. If you visit in the non-peak season, their rates are amazingly low (some of the room well below $100.00 a night).
