Chose it mainly because of the price. All the in-room equipment worked : refrigerator, TV (50+ channels). Towels were changed every day Very convenient as many restaurants are within walking distance. On the bad side, it's true that the rooms could look newer/cleaner. I think they switch the heat on only after 6 PM, so if you're in your room earlier than that and it's November in Ontario, well you get the picture... I had to cancel my vacation. I called Passport in 5 days prior to ny arrival date to cancel. The man screamed at me and did not want to take my cancellation. I thought it may have been me and asked someone else to call for me - same thing. The man also refused to give us a cancellation number or a name. He hang up. When we tried to call back he kept hanging up.
