Two out of the three days in this class we were distracted by a mouse running along the floorboard. Unfortunately we stayed here too to ease travel between hotels every day. Little need to say it was not a pleasant sleep thinking that we might have critters running across us in our sleep. This unfortunately was not the only discredit to the hotel. There was construction in the lobby, with stairs to second floor where the class was closed. I could go on but I do not want to waste my time any more than I already have. I tried dealing with the hotel over the phone trying not to make a scene at the front desk to see what they could do about these problems. They told me I booked through outside source so they would have to deal with it. My third party called them to try to take care of it and they would not do anything for me. The hotel staff is rude, and the vallet parking attendents are extremly rude, and it took them over 20 minutes to get my car. The hotel room was dirty, and when housekeeping came, they did not take away any garbage, and the tub was dirty. We couldn't get extra washclothes, blankets or pillows. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing for kids to do - NO pool & game room is in the bar - kids aren't allowed?!? The room was HOT -they have small/old motors in the units - nothing could be done. Reserved 2 beds - got 1- no cot came. Room service was wrong. Checked in & 3 hours later checked out. A 5 hour trip became 12! No refunds were given - still didn't stop me.
