Staff not knowledgeable.“This hotel is an aberration in Bellevue. It's old, ugly, and physically in really poor shape. They're in the process of doing some renovations in the lobby area, so the front desk is a shambles. The woman who checked us in didn't know what she was doing. She gave us the wrong information about where our room was located and then called soon after we were in our room to tell us we needed to come back to the front desk because she had given us the wrong paperwork to sign. Needless to say, we didn't go back to correct their paperwork.
