Front desk staff was friendly and he room was clean and comfortably furnished. The outdoor pool was quite nice with warm water, and also worth noting this motel is one of the very few left in the Dells to still have a diving board. It's inexpensive, clean and the owners are always friendly. They actually remember us year after year! Amazing! It's right on "the strip" where most of the activities take place. We have stayed at many nice places. The Paradise Motel was able to accommodate a group of 21 and we were all comfortable with our rooms. The rooms were clean and the air conditioners worked great (we went during a very, very hot week!) The pool was great and had a diving board and a slide. The motel offered discounted tickets to the Mt. Olympus waterpark, go carts, indoor waterpark and rollercoasters (all directly across the street). The person at the front desk was rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to the General Manager. The air condition randomly turns off and does not keep the room cool. It was very hot in the room. My kids had to open the window to get some air. The bathroom does not have any ventilation and when you use it...the entire hotel room smells. What an awfull place this is. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We stay the same time of year each year and it is fabulous. We have shared our experience with others which have stayed there, each finding it worth the stay. We are treated kindly, the cleaniless of the rooms and pool area are exceptional and the location couldnt be better.
